Who doesn't love a bad boy? Seriously. In real life, eh, not so much, but in fiction, those tormented souls are just scrumptious. RACHEL:  So I'm buried in the editing cave. Like, imagine me surrounded by empty cans of Dt. Mt. Dew, a few random food wrappers, and bottles of Advil with highlighter and ink smudges on my hands, and that's me about now (he he). But luckily, I did a whole lot of swooning in the past few weeks and brought you two swoons last week, both spotlighting some very delicious bad boys. So, why don't we play those babies again, shall we? Clash by Nicole Williams.and Thoughtless by S.C. Stephens

First, Clash:

His hands slid up my body, skimming up my breasts and molding beneath my jaw. As he held my face in his gentle hands, the lines and muscles of his face smoothed. "Luce. I love you. This is exactly what I need right now. Doctor's orders be damned." 

And now, Thoughtless:

He pushed back from the door, so he could shove it open. Our lips stopped for a moment and I risked a glance into his eyes. My breath stopped at the passion I saw in them. I couldn't think. I couldn't move. All I could do was stare into those deep blue, blazing eyes. He brought his hand around to my back and then slid both of them down. Clutching my upper thighs, he effortlessly picked me up and we backed into the dark stand.

Good enough to repeat???? I thought so, too...


KELLY: Swooning over Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick

He pushed my dress higher up my leg, stroking his thumb over my bare thigh. The warmth of his caress overrode my bad conscience. Sensation shivered through me. I shut my eyes again, this time involuntarily. All the knots loosened. My breath came a little faster. He knew just how to touch me. 

TARA: My girl Tara is also in the editing cave... thankfully a separate one or we'd get nothing done, choosing to dish about book boyfriends instead. So she too is repeating her yummy Swoon from last week, brought to you by The Next Forever by Lisa Burstein:

Her lips started tracing where they had been on my chest and stomach. I stopped her, pulled her chin up, and kissed her neck, her chest, trailing down her stomach with my tongue until I felt her wilt.

TRISH: Swooning over Blaze by Laurie Boyle Crompton

Undaunted, he shifts his weight, lets my shirt stay on, but plunges both hands underneath it. Well played, I think as my body responds to his massages against my will. It feels so good Virgin Girl is nearly unconscious. 

BTW, this book is so funny, too!


NEREYDA: Swooning over The Collector by Victoria Scott

A gasp escapes her throat as I race toward her. I tug her against me and smash my mouth over hers. I feel everything--her hair between my fingers, her skin pressing against mine. And her lips. I feel those soft pink lips freeze for a moment beneath my kiss. And then I feel her relax, opening her mouth and mirroring my movements. She leans into me, twining her arms around my neck, pulling me so that there's nothing between us.
